Atalanta will have Gianluca Scamacca available for Thursday’s Conference League match against Kairat Almaty in Bergamo. The striker rejoined group training during Tuesday morning’s session at the Centro Sportivo Bortolotti in Zingonia.

Scamacca had been dealing with discomfort in the flexor muscles of his right thigh, which he felt after Atalanta’s 4-4 draw with Frosinone three league rounds ago.

Three other players could also return in the coming days, ahead of Sunday’s league match at Monza. Defender Sead Kolasinac, forward Giacomo Raspadori and Franck Kessie were working individually on the pitch, each recovering from a low-grade muscle injury. Kolasinac has a left rectus femoris issue, Raspadori injured his right hamstring while taking a penalty against Pafos on October 15, and Kessie has had problems with his right calf since the match against Venezia on October 12.
