Inter returned to winning ways in the Champions League with a 3-0 victory over Feyenoord in Rotterdam, responding to their recent derby defeat and claiming their second win in the competition. The visitors controlled the match and kept a clean sheet at De Kuip.
Yann Bisseck opened the scoring after eight minutes, turning onto a pass from Djed Spence before curling a left-footed shot into the net. Inter had another chance through Federico Dimarco, but Feyenoord goalkeeper Ernst made a diving save. Lautaro Martínez later denied Moussa as the hosts pushed forward.
Inter doubled their lead just before the break. Spence’s shot was deflected, and Pio Esposito headed in from close range. Early in the second half, Piotr Zieliński made it 3-0 with a left-footed effort that struck the inside of the post before going in.
Inter’s control allowed coach Cristian Chivu to replace Hakan Çalhanoğlu and Marcus Thuram with Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Bonny. Esposito later appeared to score again after a team move involving Spence and Dimarco, but the goal was ruled out for offside.
The win puts Inter back on track in their Champions League campaign. They next face Como at San Siro on Sunday, another test as they look to build consistency after the derby defeat.
