The Italian career fund for footballers and coaches is expected to approve its 2025-26 financial statements with an operating surplus of about €1.7 million, according to sources familiar with the fund’s affairs. The estimate is based on current projections.

The result comes amid financial and asset-management initiatives undertaken by the fund’s current board. Its latest approved statement shows total assets of approximately €197.5 million, including €144.4 million invested in securities and around €33.9 million linked to its real estate stake in Sport Invest 2000.

Sources say the fund remains solid and has continued to pay all benefits to eligible recipients regularly.
